Facilitated by expert trainer Gib Mason, Director of the Center for Leadership and Innovation at UMBC Training Centers, Leadership Skills Workshops as a part of the LEAD Initiative will focus on challenging yourself as a leader to build your personal leadership brand, taking risks, embracing failure, and most importantly, cascading influence to move your organization forward in an innovative way.
Wednesday morning’s workshop subject was: “LEAD – Building Your Personal Leadership Brand and Communicating for Success“. Below you’ll find some supporting content that Jeremy Deighton, Program Coordinator / Management Associate at UMBC Training Centers compiled as a follow-up to share with the participants of our first workshop.
